This class combines intervals of cardiovascular drills mixed in with core and strength training exercises to target all of the major muscle groups. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate.

Stroller Fitness Class Description

Stroller Exercises, using your baby’s stroller while targeting your entire body and core. This class focuses on losing the baby fat acquired through pregnancy, and builds on the format of incorporating jogging intervals, drills, and sprints with more challenging strength-training exercises. The emphasis is on increasing cardiovascular endurance with more challenging core and strength training to target all of the major muscle groups.

Moms must be at least 12 weeks postpartum
